How do I apply for a role?

Use the search function to find roles you're interested in, then click 'Apply Now' to start the step-by-step application process.

I'm having technical problems with the portal, what should I do?

Most people can apply online without any problems, but if you're struggling with your online application please email us at careers@anselluk.com and we’ll do what we can to help.

I've worked at Ansell before, how do I apply to re-join?

First of all, welcome back! Simply follow the application process in the usual way.

I've applied, what are the next steps?

Congratulations! Once you’ve completed all the relevant forms, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email once we have received your application. Our recruitment team checks applications on a regular basis, but due to the high volume of applications we receive, the reviewing process can take a few weeks. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note: the entire recruitment process can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the role you have applied for.

Will I be given feedback on why my application was unsuccessful?

Unfortunately, we can only offer feedback if you've made it through to the interview stage.

What happens when I am offered a position?

Our recruitment team will be in touch with you to arrange a start date and go over your contract details

When will my references be checked?

We will only contact your referees once we've made you a formal offer and received your acceptance. However, any offer is still subject to us receiving suitable references.

Why have I not heard back from my application?

Please keep an eye on your email’s junk folder to make sure our response hasn’t ended up in there.

I want to work at Ansell but cannot find the right role. What should I do?

We’re looking for new people to join our teams all year round, so check our site regularly!

Why do I need to prove my right to work?

The law requires us to ensure our employees have the right to work in the UK, before commencing employment.

How do I prove my right to work?

You will be required to produce for inspection original documents dependent on your circumstances. These documents may include your passport or birth certificate, and where applicable a visa or share code.

How old do I need to be to join Ansell?

Ansell will only recruit individuals over school leaving age as anyone who has not reached school leaving age is defined as a ‘child worker’.

Can I apply for more than one role?

Yes, of course you can. We encourage you to apply to roles that are appropriate to you.
