We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Service Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing Ansell, 4lite and all associated brands catering for all internal sales orientated tasks.

Key Responsibility's of the Role:
INTERNAL SALES
- Processing of customer orders and answering incoming calls, providing all aspects of customer service, including:
- Price & Availability.
- Order updates.
- Dealing with order queries.
- Providing Technical support.
- Providing updates with deliveries.
- Liaising with other departments and internal colleagues to support the customers.
- Manage 3rd party providers.
- Upselling and switch selling wherever possible.
- Generate documents to complete customer specifications on processes.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Responding to Customer Enquires & Complaints.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and always demonstrate a high standard of professionalism.
- Meet individual and company targets.
- Ability to work on own initiative and be a key contact to assist the external sales team.
- Other non-specified duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
QUALITY
- Ensuring all information is processed correctly and efficiently.
- Always seeing the job through to the end.
- Applying a “can do” attitude.
SAFETY
- Keep up to date with Company Policy
- Know your Health and Safety Officer
- Use of High Visibility jacket and safety boots
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Help and assist colleagues.
- Be professional and courteous to others.
- Ensure good communications between various departments.
- Management of all personnel related issues to ensure all Company policies/practices are adhered to.
