We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Belfast facility. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining safety standards, and leading a small team to meet operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and daily activities
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control
• Oversee goods in/out processes, including deliveries and dispatch
• Maintain health & safety standards and ensure compliance
• Train, support, and motivate team members
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role (or similar)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Good knowledge of warehouse systems and stock control procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Desirable:

• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
